At age 5, Heather Dadmanesh began "setting up shop" in the living room with items from the pantry, labels facing out, stacked in pleasing arrangements. A long sofa table was the perfect runway to display her wares, with a nearby side table just the right size for a checkout station. 

Stationery and fancy papers were her treasures. She also became curiously adept at whittling wood with her little pocket knife at a young age. Eventually, she earned a B.F.A in painting and printmaking while keeping tabs on technology.

She has been in the retail industry for over 15 years, fostering relationships with leasing managers and retailers across the nation.

Rapid, right-size designs are a cornerstone approach to every challenge she faces in the fast-paced retail environment. 

She believes that listening, listening, and then listening some more is the most valuable tool in her kit.
